XLPE + PVC and Epr + PVC Multiple-Conductor Cables
General description
Cable manufactured with three or four soft drawn copper conductors and XLPE or EPR thermosetting individual black insulation., identified by printed numbers on the insulation, filled circular section, binder tape and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) thermoplastic outer jacket.
Specifications
XLPE+PVC and EPR+PVC multiple-conductor cables meet the following specifications:

NMX-J-451-ANCE Low voltage power cables with cross-linked polyethylene or ethylene propylene based insulation, for up to 600 V installations.
ICEA S-95-658 Standard for non-shielded cables rated 0 to 2000 V for use in distribution of electric energy.

Main applications
Designed to feed low tension circuits in industrial plants.
Are suitable for installation in trays or conduits and in underground or exposed to sunlight facilities, in moist or dry locations.

Characteristics
Maximum operation voltage: 600 V.
Maximum operation temperature in the conductor:
90° C In dry or moist environments.
Manufactured in sizes from 8, 367 to 253, 4 mm2 (8 AWG to 500 kcmil)
No-flame propagation.
Thermosetting cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or ethylene propylene (EPR) black insulation.
Identified by printed numbers.
Black polyvinyl chloride (PVC) outer jacket.
Ground conductor optional.

Advantages
Meet the no-flame propagation test FV-2 (NMX-J-192).
Thermosetting insulation provides higher thermal stability.
